The Kloska Group, service partner and system supplier for shipping, shipyards, on-/offshore, industry, construction and construction industry took over the business operations of MK-MARINE GmbH SOLAS Range Services, Bremerhaven, on 01.02.2017.
With the takeover of MK-MARINE GmbH, the Kloska Group expands its business in the sale and maintenance of distress and rescue equipment for sea, inland waterway and sports shipping.
The company will continue to operate under the name MK-MARINE GmbH SOLAS Range Services. All employees will be taken over. Through this acquisition the Kloska Group is further strengthened and well positioned for the future.
The products and services offered are characterised by high quality and longevity and are provided with corresponding certificates (e.g. IMO/SOLAS). With this acquisition, the Kloska Group is taking over interesting contracts with renowned rescue equipment manufacturers and thus further expanding its service portfolio.
This is a further step with regard to the consequent pursuit of the corporate strategy to be able to offer customers everything from a single source.
